Here are some recommended temples to visit during your trip to Cambodia in 2023.

Vat Haw Pha Bang built to house it is on the grounds of the Royal Palace, and no expenses were spared in making the temple golden and gorgeous.

Vat Sensoukharam (also known as the Temple of the 100,000 treasures)

It is advisable to visit this stunning Luang Prabang temple early in the day (to escape the crowds) or late at night (when the grounds are softly lit). This is a fantastic location to get images of the wat as well as the alms-giving ceremony, provided that you do so properly and from a distance. Close to the temple, a procession of monks collecting alms passes. The monastic complex is shut down all day.
