Estimate a loan payment
The calculator uses the standard amortizing formula with a fixed annual rate and a term in years. Results are estimates and exclude fees, insurance or variable rates.
- Enter the amount borrowed.
- Enter the annual interest rate and the term in years.
- Review the monthly payment, total interest and total payment.

Does it include fees?
No, only principal and interest are calculated.
What about a 0% loan?
The payment is simply the loan amount divided by the number of months.
